With the fairytale of Cinderella strokes of the clock the models presented the designs in a 10-minutes fashion show. “I wanted to show dresses for strong, modern and self-confident women that have both feet on the ground, but still find time to escape to their little, dreamy fairy world”, concludes Leyla Piedayesh. The collection consists of nine dresses that are to die for. Floor-length, clean-cut gowns with a layering look have been decorated with hand-made Swarovski-crystals. Complex cutting techniques reflect Leyla Piedayesh’s love for details.

“I already fell in love with Cinderella as a child.”, the designer gushes. The fairy tale state of mind is being represented through abstract birds, mice, and shoes which have been embroidered and abstractly placed upon the garments. Besides the fairy tale princess dresses, the designs also include kaftans inspired by oriental clothing, lala Berlin’s trademark.
